Contrast – that’s a keyword , that perfectly describes French quartet Celeste from Lyon. The band creates dark, disturbing music, originating from post metal, black metal, hardcore, which engages listeners completely. But behind the stage, the guys are easy-going, eager-to-have-fun people, keen on crazy jokes. There is no darkness involved then.

The performances if Lyon-based quartet, perfectly enforce the music’s atmosphere. Each time this is a spectacle, during which the silhouettes of the artists, performing in total darkness, can be seen only thanks to the red lamps, located on their heads. Celeste’s show at Asymmetry Festival will be definitely quite an event. Genre: black-metal, hardcore

The French Celeste’s visit during Asymmetry Festival, will be another chance of seeing their show in Poland. Since their origination, the band consistently follows the vision of combining post-hardcore stylistics with black-metal motorics, at the same time remembering about broadening, with every release, the spectrum of their characteristic extreme sound. Simultaneously, the performances if this Lyon-based quartet, perfectly render the music’s atmosphere, touching on notions concerned with the darkest aspects of human existence. We are talking about a spectacle, during which the silhouettes of the artists, performing in total darkness, can be seen only thanks to the red lamps, located on their heads, which gaze envious from beyond the smoke fumes and stroboscope lights.
