The artistic directors of some of Europe’s music festivals will be the guests of this year’s edition of Asymmetry Festival, between May 3rd-5th. They will come to Wrocław, to witness the particularity and character of Asymmetry, take a closer look at the Polish audience and take part in performances by bands, who they’ll be interested in in the future.
The guests will be able to present their activities, exchange experiences and will sightsee the city which is preparing itself to take over the function of the European Culture Capital. The directors will speak about their plans and experiences regarding the organization of events, in the East and West of Europe, during a press conference and an open to the public discussion panel.
The Asymmetry Festival director, Robert Chmielewski, assures, that he aims at inviting his colleagues to establish closer contacts and a mutual co-operation: “we plan on becoming an activity platform, of a wider, social scale. A platform for common projects and compositions, a place of meeting of artists and promoters of music from the entire Europe”.
